A Message from Jason
Hey Everyone,
Here’s another song from my live show a few years ago, “Beauty & the Beast.” It’s been performed by so many artists – Ariana Grande, John Legend & others – but I first heard it performed by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson. I fell in love with the song INSTANTLY.
I had actually only heard it on the original animated Disney movie before, and didn’t remember hearing the Celine & Peabo duet version until later on pop radio. I hope you like my cover – as usual, a bit irreverent. lol
By the way, that’s Dee Spencer on the piano – who I miss so much! We haven’t done a live show together in over a year, since I’m living in Tokyo and she’s in San Francisco. Anyway, it was fun working together, and I think we will again.
This was filmed at my “DIVAS” concert at Martuni’s Piano Bar in San Francisco a few years ago.
